Booking 

To reserve your place at Hampsley Hollow Wellness Retreat you will need to pay a 25% deposit or if you prefer the full balance. Any outstanding balance will be due 28 days before the retreat weekend.

You must also complete a booking form.

​

The total amount is £299 (including all meals/snacks) plus your accommodation.

An invoice will be sent to you to confirm the cost of the retreat and your accommodation type

Cancellation:

If you choose to cancel your booking and give at least 28 days notice, you will be given a full refund.

If you cancel after paying the full balance with less than 28 days notice you will be refunded 75% of the total balance.

By participating in this yoga retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1, Physical Health: You are in good physical health and have no conditions, injuries, or ailments that would restrict your participation in the yoga sessions or activities. If you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns, you agree to consult with your healthcare provider prior to attending the retreat and inform the retreat organisers of any relevant information.

2, Assumption of Risk: Yoga, meditation, and other activities involved in the retreat may involve physical movements and exercises. You understand that such activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, you assume all responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

 

3, Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own actions during the retreat. The organisers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or personal property loss that may occur during your participation in the retreat.

 

4, Medical Treatment: You agree to release the retreat organisers from any liability arising from any medical treatment or emergency care required during your participation in the retreat. It is your responsibility to be prepared for any health-related emergencies.

 

5, Consent to Use of Images: During the retreat, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending the retreat, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials, social media, and related content unless otherwise specified.

 

6, Behaviour and Conduct: You agree to respect the rights of other participants and abide by the guidelines set forth by the retreat organisers. Any disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

 

7, Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds or cancellations are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking. Please review those details carefully before committing to the retreat.
